Indoor and Kiddie Pool Capacity:
- 1 guard for every 25 swimmers.
- Lifeguards have authority to limit capacity to maintain a safe guard to patron ratio.

- SHALLOW/DEEP WATER CARDIO - Energize yourself with this invigorating workout! This class focuses on higher cardiovascular fitness with attention to strength and flexibility.
- EASY DOES IT - A lower cardio class for those who desire less intensity, have a lesser range of motion, and/or may not be very comfortable in the water. Includes cardio, toning, and flexibility.
